Dr. Fadzila Azni Ahmad
is an Associate Professor in Islamic Institution Management at the Centre for Islamic Development Management Studies (ISDEV), Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Penang. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management (Accounting), a Master’s in Social Science (Islamic Economics), and a PhD in Islamic Development Management, all from USM. Her academic career is distinguished by a strong commitment to advancing scholarship in the management of Islamic institutions. Her research interests encompass:
Beyond research, Fadzila Azni Ahmad is actively engaged in academic review, peer feedback, and manuscript editing, ensuring scholarly rigor and clarity. She is also known for developing reusable comment banks, motivational taglines, and bilingual teaching resources that enhance both teaching and manuscript critique. As a thought educator and mentor, she integrates spiritual and moral lessons into academic and community education, fostering intellectual pluralism and critical thinking. She frequently delivers formal speeches at academic events, weaving together themes of appreciation, generational excellence, and hope.
